Responsibilities: • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met Qualifications: • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • High School Diploma or GED required • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Compensation: $36,720 - $44,800 yearly
