This is a full-time, W-2 position. Compensation: $75,000+ at plan earnings, with upside commission potential for top performers. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Negotiate & Close Deals: Present and sell our investment properties to buyers and investors, consistently securing top-dollar outcomes. • Own the Sales Pipeline: Grow and manage an active buyer database, keep every deal moving forward, and follow up with persistence and urgency. • Drive Property Marketing: Showcase our inventory through online listings, targeted email campaigns, and proactive one-on-one outreach. • Partner with Acquisitions: Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions team to ensure every signed contract transitions smoothly to a successful closing. • Crush Your Targets: Consistently hit — and aim to outperform — your monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Nurture Buyer Relationships: Build strong connections with both new and existing buyers so we become their first call when they’re ready for their next flip or investment project. Qualifications: Requirements: • Valid U.S. driver’s license & reliable transportation. • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Prior experience in sales (no real estate experience necessary) • Comfortable with technology and CRM tools. • Willingness to travel locally for showings and buyer meetings. • Has or is willing to obtain a real estate license in MA or NH Compensation: $75,000+ at plan earnings
