Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • 2 - 4 years of Real Estate experience required • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Westlake Village, CA, and surrounding areas • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Proficiency in real estate software and tools • Self-motivated and results-driven individual • Live close to the Westlake Village, CA, Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
