Responsibilities: • Talent Acquisition: Source, qualify, and recruit both new and experienced real estate agents through outbound calling, networking, digital channels, referrals, and local events. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline. • Interviewing: Conduct discovery calls, interviews, and culture-fit assessments to ensure alignment with the Everest mission and values. • Lead Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-up in the CRM system, and ensure consistent, professional communication with all leads. • Collaboration: Partner with leadership, coaching, and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful handoff of recruited agents. • Brand Representation: Act as a champion of Century 21 Everest's culture and value proposition to the agent community and broader market. • Recruiting Campaigns: Help create and execute recruiting campaigns, webinars, and events to attract top talent. • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics (calls, contacts, interviews, hires, etc.) to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded. Qualifications: • Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or business development (real estate industry preferred but not required) • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, social media, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace • Passion for real estate, leadership, and helping others succeed • Real estate license (preferred, or willingness to obtain within first 90 days) Compensation: $60,000
