They can prove this through demonstrating where they have used influence to recruit agents for Keller Williams Realty and their previous companies. Required Skills: • Recruiting Experience Preferred • Real Estate Experience a Must • Extraordinary people skills • Leadership, management, team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills • Problem-solving skills • Proactive, positive attitude • Above-average recruiting skills • Career development and training skills • Work with Owner to recruit new talent • Work with Owner to coach existing associates • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance • Assist or lead sales and business meetings (Team Meetings) • Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in the market Responsibilities: • Recruit top sales talent to meet the office’s quarterly and yearly quotas, and ensure clients receive exceptional service. – (interview, select, hire, onboard, coach into productivity) • Lead Generation/Recruiting of Sales Associates • Schedule meetings, events, and more for recruiting efforts • Attend events and more for recruiting efforts Qualifications: • Recruiting experience is preferred but okay if you’ve been in the Real Estate world as an Agent for the last 2-3 years instead and understand that industry • The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience (however this is not a requirement) and be in the top 5% of their office • They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make the right business decisions • This individual has extremely high goals and is looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 base
