You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on training while learning how to recruit top-producing real estate agents and build a rewarding career in recruiting. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Conduct phone interviews and recruiting appointments Give office tours to prospective agents Follow up with agents through calls, texts, and email Cold call and recruit Real Estate agents Assist with recruiting events and networking opportunities Create and appear in social media content Qualifications: Sales, recruiting, customer service, marketing, or real estate experience preferred Real estate background or license is a plus, but not required Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day Strong communication and relationship-building skills Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Compensation: $45,000 + Upside Commission
