Responsibilities: • As the Real Estate Recruiter in Toronto, ON, CA, you will focus on expanding our team of high-performing agents while nurturing a positive and productive office environment. • Identify and recruit top talent by bringing in high-potential real estate agents weekly. • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our office to prospective agents to promote Market Center value. • Support new agents in their successful transition into our office through training and onboarding assistance for a smooth experience. • Host regular sales and business development sessions to keep agents engaged and informed, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Manage staff professionalism and performance to ensure effective support for agents. • Stay updated on market trends by researching local competition and adjusting recruitment and marketing strategies accordingly. • Conduct performance reviews with agents and staff regularly to uphold accountability and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Must have 2-3 years of successful experience in real estate or recruiting, demonstrating a commitment to building high-performing teams. • Deep understanding of the real estate industry, specifically in residential sales. • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential. • Goal-driven individual with a knack for setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability. • Proficient in analyzing key metrics and implementing strategic enhancements. • Skilled in working with computer systems, including MLS and basic financial reporting.
