    We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • 50% Recruiting experienced Realtors • 40% Retaining, Mentoring, training, and coaching of current agents • 10% Management of office staff Qualifications: • Great at time management and organization • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Familiar with online job posting tools • Must have a college degree • Licensed active MI Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Required • Track record of past success in recruiting or sales • Technology (CRM, database, Google suite) and social media savvy • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Proactive and positive Compensation: $72,000 - $150,000 yearly
