We’re looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Recruiter to help us grow our brokerage. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with high-producing agents, agents looking to grow their business, and newly licensed agents. The ideal candidate is personable, organized and confident managing relationships with multiple prospects at once. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, find the right career opportunity, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: • Follow and implement a streamlined, scalable recruiting process that identifies and vets qualified candidates effectively • Actively source and engage with potential new agents in the local market through phone calls, marketing campaigns, emails, networking events, and other outreach methods to support business growth • Track and report on recruiting performance, providing regular updates on the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies Qualifications: • Two years of work experience in real estate, outside sales or inside sales • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • Strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses
