    Who are we? One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in Madison, Wisconsin, has an amazing opportunity for a Real Estate Recruiter! This is a Full-Time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and “non-selling" Real Estate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and will be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement). They leverage the tools of the Growth Initiative to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of the standards for the number of recruiting appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability, and they leverage the Career Growth Initiative tools to consult with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions. Compensation • Base Salary: $60,000 • Expected end-of-year earnings: $110,000 - $120,000 • Profit Sharing • Bonuses Potential • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: What Will You Do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Drive consistent recruiting efforts to attract top real estate talent into the Market Center • Use recruiting tools, systems, and scripts to set and conduct a high volume of appointments with prospective agents • Share the company’s value proposition and opportunity story in a compelling way to convert prospects into hires • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of agent candidates through prospecting, networking, and follow-up • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting goals (appointments set, interviews held, agents hired) • Partner with leadership to identify target markets and implement recruiting campaigns to grow agent count • Track recruiting metrics and report progress regularly to leadership. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and persistence to continually grow market share through agent count Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct daily outbound lead generation to identify potential recruits. • Schedule and complete a high volume of interviews with prospective agents each week • Present the company’s value proposition in a way that motivates prospects to join • Follow up consistently with candidates to move them through the recruiting pipeline • Collaborate with leadership to execute recruiting events, career nights, and marketing campaigns • Research competitive brokerages and identify opportunities to attract their talent • Maintain an organized recruiting database (CRM/ATS) with accurate records of all recruiting activities • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly hiring targets Communications/Interactions • Prospective Sales Associates – Recruit, consult, and present company opportunities – daily • Sales Associates – Request referrals of potential recruits – daily/weekly • Leadership Team – Report recruiting activity, pipeline updates, and results – weekly • Market Competition – Research and identify recruiting opportunities – ongoing Qualifications: • Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decisions • Above-average recruiting and prospecting skills with a proven ability to source and convert talent • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Goal-driven with strong planning, organization, and accountability skills • Persistent, proactive, and positive attitude with resilience in a high-volume recruiting environment • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills; ability to move candidates through the recruiting process consistently • Experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related talent acquisition roles (preferred) • Knowledge of the real estate industry and licensing requirements (preferred, not required) • Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM, applicant tracking systems, and digital recruiting tools • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruiting, hiring, or sales performance targets Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 OTE
