    Michigan Top Producers – Portage / West Michigan IN-PERSON ONLY - no remote work option Compensation • $75,000 base salary + performance bonuses • Annual earning potential: $150,000+ (base salary + bonuses) As our full-time Real Estate Recruiter, you will be the engine that drives the growth of our agent roster. This is a high-activity, phone-focused recruiting role where you will spend the majority of each workday engaging real estate agents, presenting the value of Michigan Top Producers, and generating meaningful conversations that lead to successful hires. This job will be an in-office job, and candidates must be local to the Portage, Michigan area. You will work closely with company leadership to identify recruiting targets, execute outreach strategies, and ensure that prospective agents experience a polished, professional, and motivating introduction to our brokerage. Candidates MUST have prior real estate industry experience Why Join Michigan Top Producers? • Competitive salary with unmatched earning potential • A powerful brand with a strong local reputation • Supportive, growth-oriented leadership team • Opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly expanding, high-performing brokerage • A company culture rooted in diversity, service, and excellence Responsibilities: • High-Volume Agent Outreach: Make outbound recruiting calls daily to licensed real estate agents across Michigan, with an emphasis on West Michigan markets. • Candidate Relationship Building: Deliver compelling conversations that communicate our culture, value proposition, and opportunities for growth. • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of contacts, conversations, and outcomes within our CRM (Follow Up Boss). • Interview Coordination: Schedule and set appointments with leadership for follow-up recruiting interviews. • Recruiting Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership on messaging, scripts, campaigns, and target lists to optimize results. • Market Awareness: Stay informed about local real estate trends, competing brokerages, and agent activity to improve targeting and effectiveness. Qualifications: • Previous real estate industry experience is a must-have qualification. • Exceptional phone communication and conversational skills. • Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or phone-based prospecting. • High level of professionalism, persistence, and resilience. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline. • Comfortable working from our Kalamazoo-area office or remotely (for the right candidate). • CRM experience preferred (especially if there is prior experience with Follow Up Boss). Compensation: $75,000 yearly
