    Are you an Energetic People Person? Do you find yourself calling people to catch up for no reason at all? If so you will THRIVE in this role! We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You will do outreach, schedule appts and follow up with agents to build relationships with them and invite them to join our company. As a recruiter you will be responsible for the entire recruiting, retention and onboarding process of Pineapple Homes. This will include agent outreach and lead generation efforts, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling agent drives/events, invitation to events, reviewing new agents efforts to determine if they are still a good fit, assisting in the development of culture. You will also be tasked with preparing and assisting with new agent events such as masterminds, classes, training etc. YOU WILL : • Have 2 primary areas of focus: 1. New Agent Sign Up Goals 2. Agent Onboarding & Graduation • Lead Generate, meet with and follow up with agents to join Pineapple Homes. • Each area of our business requires proper procedures/checklists to be created, revised and implemented. This will also include our recruiting process. On a weekly basis we will meet and discuss which areas need to be improved. • Continually revise our agent onboarding process. • Keep a cadence of accountability between yourself and the team. Tracking number of agent sign ups, new agent meetings and new agent leads/recruits. • Maintain a positive attitude and customer/agent experience. We are in the brokerage business meaning our clients are also other real estate agents. Helping them and encouraging them to reach their sales goals via our processes, systems and software is a part of this job. • Utilizing social media will be a large part of this position. You will be reaching out to agents and creating a presence of yourself on your personal social media page. You will be an extension of the brand and much of your social page will include Pineapple Homes related content. • Take initiative on projects. When a software or company doesn’t have the tools we need it will be your responsibility to inquire from support or their help desk. • Take lead on developing new systems, ideas etc. • Mentor, train and assist newer agents with the onboarding process. This will include training on systems, software and holding them accountable to the tasks that you may be familiar with. This isn’t a pivotal part of the role but will be expected from time to time. • Maintain a google calendar/schedule for yourself to follow and keep track of proper time management. • This position will require you to meet agents outside of the office or non-business hours. It’s important that you set boundaries for your time to prevent burnout and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. • Please understand that this job may evolve over time. It’s possible to have a part-time virtual assistant to help with duties such as agent outreach and texting/emailing. Weekly Duties Meet with the team and provide an update week with the following: • Number of new agent interviews conducted. • Agent Onboarding Progress. Who is doing well? Who needs improvement? Monthly Duties • Set monthly agent onboarding goals and event goals. Additional Expectations • A working vehicle and valid driver's license is required. • Pay is a Base Salary of $48,000 per year + Commissions paid upon successfully recruiting productive real estate agents to our company. On target earnings of this position is between $60,000-$90,000 per year depending on your results. Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off • 3 Year Paid Sabbatical Schedule: • Monday to Friday • 2 Sundays per Month Experience: • Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred) • Work Location: In person & remote Responsibilities: • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Qualifications: • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Familiar with online job posting tools • Must have a college degree Compensation: $48,000 - $90,000 yearly
