    We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Proactively make daily outbound calls to licensed real estate professionals across the Carolinas using provided lead lists and self-sourced contacts. • Engage experienced agents through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to promote career opportunities with RE/MAX Executive. • Identify qualified candidates based on experience, production history, market presence, and alignment with our company culture. • Build rapport quickly, uncover agents’ goals or frustrations, and present RE/MAX Executive as the ideal next step in their careers. • Set up high-quality interviews for our leadership team with agents who are a strong fit for our offices and team culture. • Maintain accurate records of outreach, candidate status, and follow-up activity; provide daily updates on appointments and progress. • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on outbound communication, consistent follow-up, and results. • Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and an excellent experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Superb time management and organizational skills • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Familiar with online job posting tools • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven success in cold calling, sales, recruiting, or other high-conversion communication roles. • Track record of consistently setting appointments through outbound calls. • Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. • Confident, charismatic, and persuasive on the phone, with the ability to overcome objections professionally. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach. • Prior experience in real estate, recruiting, or sales is a strong plus. • Familiarity with real estate industry trends, key players, and the competitive landscape is preferred. Compensation: $36,000 - $70,000 yearly

    $36,000-$70,000 per year
