Responsibilities: • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication Qualifications: • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Bachelor’s degree required • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • Superb time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
