One of the fastest-growing real estate offices in Connecticut is looking for a Real Estate Recruiter to join their team. This is a non-selling role focused on recruiting, attracting, and supporting real estate agents. You’ll play a key role in growing the team by building relationships, sharing the company’s values, and helping agents succeed. Relocation to Connecticut is required (assistance may be available for the right candidate). Compensation: • $100,000-$120,000 OTE • Recruiting and profit share bonuses • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company Responsibilities: • Recruit real estate agents through calls, meetings, and events • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of agent prospects • Share the company’s value and growth opportunities with recruits • Support agent onboarding and help them get set up for success • Work closely with leadership to hit recruiting and growth goals • Help retain agents by building strong relationships Qualifications: • Strong communication and people skills • Confident, outgoing, and results-driven • Ability to build relationships quickly and influence decisions • Organized and consistent with follow-ups • Positive attitude with a sense of urgency • Real estate experience or recruiting experience • Familiarity with real estate systems or brokerages Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
