    We are seeking a driven and influential Real Estate Recruiter to help attract, identify, and secure top-producing agents for a growing brokerage. This is a full-time, non-selling position designed for a high-performing real estate professional who thrives on recruiting conversations, building relationships, and driving measurable growth through talent acquisition. Compensation: • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 • On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ • Performance-based bonuses (eligible after 60 days) • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: Recruiting & Talent Acquisition • Proactively source and recruit high-quality real estate agents • Conduct weekly recruiting appointments and interviews • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents • Follow up consistently to convert prospects into hires • Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company goals Agent Engagement & Retention • Onboard new associates and ensure a strong transition • Maintain consistent contact with recruited agents • Support productivity conversations and goal setting • Collaborate with leadership to increase retention and performance Performance & Reporting • Track recruiting metrics and conversion ratios • Monitor agent count growth and productivity trends • Support leadership with market research and competitive insights Qualifications: • 2–3+ years of sales or recruiting experience • Proven history as a top-producing agent preferred • Demonstrated recruiting or relationship-building success • Strong communication and closing skills • Financial literacy, including familiarity with P&L concepts • MLS and real estate technology proficiency • Documented track record of achieving measurable results Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 yearly base salary
