    Do you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping connect the right people together? If so, you may be a great fit for our Agent Relationship Manager position. This is not a call‑center position. This role focuses on building relationships with real estate agents and helping coordinate introductions between sellers and trusted agents in their market. Our company works with home sellers across the country and connects them with excellent real estate agents in their area. This role is responsible for helping manage those introductions and ensuring both sellers and agents have a smooth and professional experience. You’ll spend a large part of your day communicating with real estate agents and sellers, organizing conversations in our CRM, and helping keep our referral pipeline moving forward. Responsibilities: • Respond to agent and seller inquiries regarding our referral process and services • Communicate with real estate agents by phone, email, and text to coordinate introductions for qualified seller leads • Provide a high level of customer service by ensuring sellers and agents feel supported throughout the introduction process • Keep track of agent and seller communication and update account information in our CRM system • Record customer interactions and follow up to ensure a smooth experience with our company • Help organize and maintain our referral pipeline so leads move forward in a timely manner • Collaborate with team members to identify and source qualified agents for seller referrals • Resolve questions or issues in a professional and friendly manner to ensure a positive experience for all parties • Maintain accurate notes and communication records so nothing falls through the cracks Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Friendly and professional phone presence • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once • Comfortable communicating with both clients and real estate professionals • Experience working in a customer‑oriented environment • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Prior experience in residential real estate or supporting real estate professionals is preferred but not required • Experience using CRM systems or client management software is a plus • Preference given to someone located in Chicago or Northeast Florida for in-person training Compensation: $30,000 - $55,000 yearly

    $30,000-$55,000 per year
