The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. Responsibilities: • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts Qualifications: • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Familiar with leasing regulations • A proven record of sales experience and success • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required Compensation: $75,000 - $205,000 at plan earnings
