Responsibilities: • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • A proven record of sales experience and success • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
