Responsibilities: • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Past sales experience is preferred • Familiar with leasing regulations • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
