Real Estate Open House Sign Runner The Bridge Group Texas is looking for a Real Estate Runner. If you are a self-starter with excellent time management skills and attention to detail, this may be a good role for you. You must be available to run open house signs on Saturday and Sunday. Typically, we need them placed before 10 AM and then picked up after 4 PM. The Office Coordinator will send you a map notating where to place each sign. Responsibilities: • Install and pick up Open House signs on Weekends • Responsible for inventory tracking of all signs; when low on signs/riders, will alert the Office Coordinator • Consistently representing The Bridge Group and the brand with a positive and winning attitude Qualifications: • Friendly, positive, and energetic demeanor • Must hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Able to navigate Houston and the surrounding areas • Able to manage some physical activities such as climbing stairs, navigating embankments for sign placement, some moderate to heavy lifting, and assembling furniture and signs • Honesty, trustworthiness, and discretion are a must • Driver's license required Compensation: $50 per Open House Sign Set Up
