With the persistent U.S. housing shortage, home builders urgently need more lots—our team sources, evaluates, and secures the land that becomes tomorrow’s homesites. We move fast, operate fully remote, and combine rigorous underwriting with a consultative, professional sales process. Role & Compensation • Full-time Remote Acquisitions Manager (Phone Closer) • $2,000–$2,500/month DPE + 10% commissions on assignment fees • Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (no weekends) What Success Looks Like • Consistent weekly/monthly signed contracts and strong assignment conversion. • Fast speed-to-offer and tight cycle times with clean note-taking. • Proactive follow-up that moves deals to the finish line. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 2–5+ years phone-based closing (acquisitions/wholesaling/land/high-ticket). • Elite consultative selling: control the call without pressure; clear pricing logic. • Process-driven, coachable, and quota-focused with strong follow-up habits. Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
