Responsibilities: • Work with buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions from consultation through closing • Attend virtual or in-person team huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions to sharpen skills and stay accountable • Follow up on company-generated leads and nurture your own pipeline using our proven CRM systems • Deliver world-class service by using our scripts, systems, and training to guide clients through the buying/selling process • Collaborate with fellow agents and leadership to continually raise the standard for excellence • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or currently enrolled in licensing course) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal • Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to self-development • Willingness to follow proven systems and be held accountable to performance standards • Basic understanding of CRM and lead management tools (training provided) • A growth mindset and the discipline to take consistent action • Full-time commitment to real estate (no part-time agents at this time) Compensation: $100,000+
