    The Anderson Signature Team is seeking a Real Estate Agent. This person is a self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and within a team to achieve tremendous results. This person is a team player who loves a good challenge, has a very high level of integrity, and works diligently to exceed expectations. This is a person who is willing to follow set systems and procedures while having fun with colleagues and clients. Applicant must be able to generate leads for buyers and sellers to help sell residential properties. Manages client relationships and transaction communications to help create and maintain clients for life. This is a commission-based position - your income potential is wide open! Responsibilities: • Lead generate daily • Learn presentations and conversations • Attend trainings • Attend team meetings & coaching sessions • Track & Review personal goals weekly • Build & strengthen relationships with potential clients • Maintain a pipeline of current & future business • Study real estate market trends weekly • Correspond with clients, cross-sale agents, vendors, etc by phone, text, and email daily • Determine property values to advise clients • Craft winning offers on behalf of clients • Show properties to potential buyers • Attend inspections, closings, and walk-throughs • Be a team player and willing to help where needed - no job is beneath any of us Qualifications: Agent Standards • 200 contact attempts minimum per week • 20 closed transactions per year • Lead Generate 5 Days per week • Show up professionally dressed, ready to work • Be coachable, accountable & responsible for your actions or inaction • High levels of communication to both the team and consumers. • Attend trainings and continue to improve on the skillsets required • Hold 6 Open Houses with the 7th Level Open House system per month • Conduct yourself with a high level of integrity and always put the client’s interests first • Must have matching core values with our team - Growth, integrity, respect & professionalism • Must have a real estate license or be willing to get one quickly • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle • Must have a personal laptop & cell phone • Must be a team player and willing to follow the systems of our established team • Must have high standards for integrity, be a self-starter, motivated and accountable. You must be Hungry, Humble & Hard-Working! Compensation: $100,000 yearly
