Responsibilities: • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base. • Collaborate with seasoned agents to learn best practices in client engagement. • Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to potential buyers. • Participate in team meetings to strategize and share market insights. • Develop personalized marketing strategies to promote listings effectively. • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on real estate trends and regulations. • Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, showcasing your drive and determination. • Familiarity with the San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos real estate market is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, learning from experienced agents. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay informed about industry trends and regulations. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ yearly
