Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. • Utilize our proven systems to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential buyers and sellers. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques. • Conduct property showings and open houses to effectively showcase listings and attract interested buyers. • Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales. Qualifications: • Real Estate license or in the process of getting one. • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new systems and technologies to enhance your sales approach. • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals, and learning from peers. • Strong communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate property features and benefits to potential buyers. • Ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities to maintain a steady workflow. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continuously improve your real estate knowledge. • Familiarity with the Birmingham-Hoover, AL real estate market is a plus, helping you provide localized insights to clients. Compensation: $125,400 - $285,000 yearly
