Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that showcase properties and attract buyers • Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities • Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine your skills and stay updated on market trends and best practices • Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and information to aid their decision-making • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and protected • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service delivery Qualifications: • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems for lead generation and client management • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client interactions • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared success and growth • Commitment to ongoing professional development through regular coaching and training sessions Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
