Responsibilities: • Participate in mentorship and ongoing training programs to sharpen your skills • Shadow experienced agents and assist in showings, listing appointments, and open houses • Engage in lead generation activities to attract buyers and sellers • Provide follow-up and customer service to leads and clients • Update client records and transactions in the database system Qualifications: • Real estate license or active steps toward obtaining one • Coachable with a growth mindset and desire to learn • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Dependable with reliable transportation • Energetic personality with a passion for people and property Compensation: $124,500 - $192,500 yearly
