Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and execution of client acquisition strategies to expand our market presence. • Engage with potential clients through various channels to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Collaborate with senior agents to learn effective negotiation techniques and close deals successfully. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and skills. • Support the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract and engage prospective buyers. • Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and prospects alike. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members. • Proven track record of being detail-oriented, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and transaction management. • Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge. • Ability to collaborate with senior agents, demonstrating a team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow. • Experience in using CRM systems to maintain organized and up-to-date client information. • Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating property showings and open houses seamlessly for clients. Compensation: $120,000 - $219,500 yearly
