Responsibilities: • Assist in generating and nurturing leads through proven systems to build a robust client base. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions. • Utilize cutting-edge marketing tools to promote listings and attract potential buyers. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for seamless follow-up. • Coordinate property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively to clients. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is advantageous, but not essential. Compensation: $112,000 - $225,000 yearly
