Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings to prospective buyers. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and industry insights. • Utilize our advanced technology tools to manage client interactions and track progress. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Support the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine area. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to build strong client relationships. • Proven track record of being a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field. • Comfortable using technology tools and platforms to manage client interactions and track progress. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently and effectively. Compensation: $125,500 - $250,000 yearly
