Responsibilities: • Assist in generating leads through networking and outreach to expand the client base. • Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers. • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for listings. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the Newark-Union area. • Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry best practices. • Communicate regularly with clients to build trust and ensure satisfaction with our services. Qualifications: • Real Estate license. • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals. • Familiarity with the Newark-Union real estate market or a willingness to learn. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly

    $125,000-$225,000 per year
