Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and execution of personalized real estate strategies to meet client needs. • Engage actively in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the real estate market and client relations. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and apply them in real-world scenarios. • Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and engage potential buyers. • Utilize our proven lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to collective growth strategies. Qualifications: • Real Estate License • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and strategies. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client interactions. • Eagerness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance market knowledge and client relations skills. Compensation: $97,500.00 - $219,400.00 yearly
