Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes, ensuring you can effectively utilize our lead generation tools. • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, showing your willingness to learn from and support others. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and present property listings. • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet client and team expectations. • Familiarity with the New Orleans-Metairie-Kenner real estate market is a plus, helping you connect with local clients more effectively. • Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to set and achieve ambitious sales goals under the guidance of experienced mentors. Compensation: $97,500 - $219,400 yearly
