Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. • Develop and maintain a robust network of potential clients and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals. • Utilize our proven systems and tools to efficiently manage your time and client interactions, maximizing your productivity. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. • Attend regular training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale, offering advice on staging and necessary improvements to increase market appeal. Qualifications: • Real Estate License required or in progress. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their real estate journey. • Proven track record of self-motivation and discipline, allowing you to manage your time and tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with the Nassau-Suffolk real estate market, or a willingness to learn about local trends and property values. • Eagerness to collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment. • Commitment to continuous learning, attending regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems, utilizing our tools to maximize productivity and client interactions. Compensation: $112,000 - $185,000 yearly
