    Real Estate Sales New or Experienced Agent - Leads Provided (San Diego) WHO THIS IS FOR You just got your license and have no idea where your first client is coming from. Or you have been producing for years and cannot figure out why more effort keeps producing the same result. Either way, the answer is the same: you need a system, not just a license. Arrive Realty provides the leads, the coaching, the back-office support, and the playbook. You focus on clients and closings. We handle everything else. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Holds an active California real estate license • Available full-time with a commitment to working consistently on leads • Coachable, hardworking, and eager to follow a proven system • Team-oriented with a drive to keep improving • New to the industry and ready to build, or experienced and ready to scale — both are welcome WHAT WE OFFER • Real inbound leads from multiple premium sources — qualified by our team and handed to you, ready to work • A coaching stack built around your actual calls and gaps, not recycled scripts • A Transaction Manager handling ~90% of every deal, so you stay focused on closing the next one • Marketing, admin, and operations support COMPENSATION • Pay: $80,000–$250,000+ per year (commission-based, dependent on production) Responsibilities: YOUR ROLE • Engage with warm inbound leads provided daily through our lead system • Conduct buyer and seller consultations and set appointments • Schedule and show properties; manage the full buyer and seller experience • Negotiate and draft offers, purchase agreements, and listing contracts • Maintain your pipeline and activity in our systems & CRM • Attend weekly training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching • Work your personal sphere alongside team leads to build a compounding business Qualifications: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Holds an active California real estate license • Available full-time with a commitment to working consistently on leads • Coachable, hardworking, and eager to follow a proven system • Team-oriented with a drive to keep improving • New to the industry and ready to build, or experienced and ready to scale — both are welcome Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly
