Responsibilities: • Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career • Provide potential home buyers with home features and community amenities to aid in their decision making process • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction • Consult to identify client needs and show homes. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements for clients • Build your network and constantly do more marketing • Write offers and negotiate contracts to the close of transactions • Attend team meetings and trainings Qualifications: • Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships • A proven track record of sales and success • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 yearly
