    Axis Real Estate Team is seeking a Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team! This role is designed for a bilingual professional who is passionate about helping Spanish-speaking clients navigate the home buying and selling process. Our ISA (Inside Sales Agent) team will set appointments for you—so you can focus on closing deals and providing world-class service. We are a high-energy, high-producing real estate team ranked in the Top 1% in Arizona, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Work with clients, especially the Spanish-speaking leads provided by the team • Meet with clients to determine their home needs and guide them through the process • Conduct property showings, write offers, and negotiate contracts • Stay up to date with local market trends and real estate laws • Maintain CRM notes and follow up consistently with leads and clients • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) • Active Arizona Real Estate License (or currently in the process) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow • Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and a positive attitude • Comfortable using technology (CRM, MLS, digital tools, etc.) • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
