BHHS Taliesyn Realty - Where Champions Choose to Build Their Legacy Responsibilities: • Know the local community well to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods. • Follow up with leads regularly to keep growing the sales pipeline. • Handle the full process from listing to closing to make sure everything goes smoothly. • Work with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and help them close the deal. • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: • Valid real estate license • Motivated and comfortable working independently • Eager to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Well-organized with great time management skills • Previous sales experience is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000
