Responsibilities: • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Prospect and Generate Leads: Take an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand the client base and maximize sales opportunities • Nurture and Convert Leads: Develop relationships with leads and nurture them through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing • Conduct Property Research and Showings: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments. Conduct property research to match clients with suitable listings, and schedule and conduct showings to showcase properties and highlight their unique features • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and up-to-date information throughout the buying process. Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Self-motivation and drive • Technology driven • Organized and manages time effectively • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Resilient and Tenacious: Demonstrate strong resilience and tenacity in pursuing business opportunities and overcoming challenges. Providing verifiable evidence of real estate sales in the last 18 months is a plus! Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
