Responsibilities: • Assist with showings, inspections, and open houses that reflect our signature level of service • Coordinate listing preparation, including staging, photography, and vendor scheduling • Manage MLS entries, property details, and marketing collateral with accuracy and attention to detail • Support transaction management and client communication from contract to close • Collaborate on social media, email campaigns, and brand storytelling that elevate our listings • Provide on-site support for events, client gifting, and community partnerships • Maintain organized systems, schedules, and files to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: • Active real estate license in Kansas or Missouri - or willingness to get licensed • Minimum of one year of experience in real estate, marketing, or client service • A passion for design, branding, and creating memorable client experiences • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills • A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to problem-solve independently • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout the Kansas City metro area Compensation: $20 - $40 hourly + Bonus
