Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License required • Based in or familiar with the Inland Empire market including Riverside, Moreno Valley, Corona, and surrounding areas • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up consistently and professionally • Self-motivated and task-oriented — able to build and execute a daily business plan without being micromanaged • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn systems, tools, and best practices • Comfortable working with a CRM and basic real estate technology platforms • Goal-oriented with a commitment to closing 8 to 15 transactions per year Compensation: $105,000 - $155,000
