As a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent at Bree & Associates, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by Bree & Associates. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system: Follow Up Boss. You will obtain critical information about buyer leads and schedule appointments. You will assist customers in finding the home of their choice. Bree & Associates provides all training necessary to successfully perform in the Buyer’s Agent position. No license or experience necessary. We’ve got 1 spot open on the Bree & Associates Real Estate Team, and no real estate experience or license is required. In fact, we love to train and mentor the right person from the start. What’s Expected Success in real estate takes energy, availability, and consistency. Here's what to expect: • You’ll likely work 6–7 days a week , especially in your first year • Evenings and weekends are a regular part of the schedule—when clients need you most • In-office presence is encouraged to stay connected, focused, and accountable • There is minimal financial risk to get started—all you need is a car, computer, phone, and a strong work ethic This is a full-time career, not a side hustle. We invest in your future—and we expect you to do the same. Compensation- Commission-Based - Potential to earn $100,000+ in the first year Responsibilities: • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts at least 15 minutes per week. • Work with clients weekly. Office hours: 9:00-5:00. Evenings and weekends by appointment only. • Prospect! Prospect! Prospect! Strive to set 1 Buyer appointment each weekday. • Make 100 calls per month, calling on: Buyers, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients / Database Leads. • Ensure all lead follow-up is complete each week for leads at hand. • Manage the contact database system. • Willing to be held accountable for goals/results. • Attend training. • Track weekly goals and progress through Follow Up Boss. • Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks. • The main objective is to set qualified Buyer appointments. Work with Buyers who are committed to buying. Qualifications: • Curious, coachable, and love to learn. • Passionate about helping people. • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form. • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts. • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring. • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented. • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a high achiever. • Basic understanding of computers and navigating the internet. • Career development and training focused. • Confident phone voice.
