Responsibilities: • Help buyers and sellers navigate their real estate transactions with confidence. • Attend weekly team calls, masterminds, and sales training to sharpen your skills. • Leverage the BRIX platform for branding, marketing, and lead generation. • Build a strong online and offline presence using our content resources and social media systems. • Utilize mentorship and coaching to continuously grow your business and client base. • Maintain compliance and coordinate deals using our pay-as-you-go TC program (optional). Qualifications: • Active real estate license or in progress (required). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Self-motivated and business-minded. • Open to coaching, learning, and collaboration. • Comfortable with basic tech tools (CRM, Zoom, social media). • New and experienced agents welcome. Compensation: $80,000+
