Responsibilities: • Preparing a strong pre-listing packet to be mailed to the client • Conducting a seller or buyer questionnaire over the phone • Overseeing a runner to get photos before the appointment for instant offers • Running comparable sales for the seller’s optimal listing price • Going on buyer and seller appointments (set for you by our appointment setters) • Identifying needs and recommending solutions (pre-listing concierge, guaranteed offer, etc) Qualifications: • Goal-oriented • Self-motivated • Self-driven • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing /lead technologies • Hold, or actively working to acquire, an active real estate license in the state of Alabama Compensation: $70,000+
