    Real Estate Agent – Elite Team (High-Opportunity, High-Standards) This is not a hobby. This is not part-time. This is not a “see how it goes” role. The Elite Team is a rapidly scaling, performance-driven real estate team built for agents who want leverage, momentum, and a real business. We’ve doubled in size almost every year, generate 500–600+ leads per month, and have built the systems, coaching, and infrastructure most agents spend years trying to duct-tape together. The Reality (Read This Carefully) A typical week includes: • Business planning and strategy • Multiple team meetings (training, coaching, accountability) • Buyer and seller appointments • Showings, tours, and shadowing opportunities • Prospecting and follow-up Evenings and weekends are part of the job , especially early on. As production increases, agents earn more control over their schedule. At the beginning, momentum comes first. This is real estate. It’s also demanding. Non-Negotiables (Do Not Apply If…) • You want part-time or flexible availability • You are unwilling to prospect • You dislike accountability • You resist coaching or feedback • You expect instant income without delayed gratification Agents who flame out here usually come in with the wrong expectations. We are upfront, so no one wastes time. Compensation & Costs (Transparency Matters) • Tiered compensation structure with clear upward pathways • Monthly team dues: $110 • One-time onboarding fee: $110 • REALTOR board dues: approximately $500–$600 annually • New agents should be financially prepared for 30–60 days without commission There is a clear path to listings, leadership (Platinum tier), expansion, and higher splits over time. Responsibilities: • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Self-motivation and drive • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Tech savvy Compensation: $75,000 - $500,000
