Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly
