Qualifications: • A Massachusetts Real Estate License (active or in process) is required. • The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys connecting with people. • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn will help you succeed here. • Experience in real estate or sales is a bonus, but not a must; we will help you build the skills to shine. Compensation: $125,000+ Commission based
