Responsibilities: • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Meet with pre-qualified home sellers • Guide them through the listing process with confidence and care • Deliver an exceptional experience that drives referrals and repeat business • Follow up consistently using our systems and CRM • Attend weekly coaching and training to sharpen your skills • Host open houses (and keep the leads!) Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Show good organizational and time management skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Great communication and social skills • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent • Full-time commitment — you're serious about your success • Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow • Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships • Highly organized with strong follow-through • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
