Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Confident, coachable, and growth-minded • Motivated to increase listings and overall production • Ability to build trust quickly with clients • Professional and team-oriented mindset • Previous sales or listing experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $88,000 - $198,000 yearly
